As an owner or admin of an account you can see the status of your users and team by navigating to https://dashboard.ecquire.com/login
You can view a rundown of the user statuses by clicking here.
If you do not have a password to access Dashboard simply use the password reset link and you’ll be able to recreate a password in a few seconds.
From the dashboard you can send activation emails, add users, and deactivate users.
Once in the dashboard would you mind exploring it a bit and making note of any questions you have or anything that might seem confusing.
We realize your time is precious and we built the dashboard with this in mind. We want our users to be able to effectively manage their teams on their own in case we are away or cannot respond to you in a timely manner. Please let me know what your thoughts are on this whole experience. Your feedback will directly influence the future development of Ecquire and Dashboard.
